Montana Hotel

This hotel could not be more conveniently located! You can actually see it from Gloucester road tube station. The staff on reception are very kind and helpful. We ate in the Indian restaurant on site and the food was well prepared and the service great. My colleague tells me that the breakfast was good too. There is a lounge lobby for meeting people and a comfy bar.

The service and location were outstanding, the desk reception was kind and gave us suggestions of activities to do. We were able to take the tube from Kings Cross straight to the hotel with minimal walking. Kensington Place and several parks were within walking distance. We ate dinner at their Indian restaurant on site, which was excellent. The building is a little on the older side, but it had a warm cozy feeling with everything you needed for a pleasant night’s rest.

We have stayed here many times for our work around central London. Really good location. Great transport links from here. A bit tired in places. But generally ok. Not all rooms have bathrooms, so maybe double check when booking. Just a short walk to the Natural History Museum

Stayed for 3 nights in November. Service, hospitality and accommodation were exceptional, professional and highly suited to our needs. Staff returned a lost item when I changed room type for my stay. Absolutely fantastic and the generosity of their time was noted. Pretty much across the road from the tube and central to attractions. Excellent location. Thank you for a very memorable and enjoyable stay.

This was our first time in Kensington and we choose the best place to stay with walking distance to Royal Albert Hall and other attraction. I will definitely book the same Montana Hotel for the future events. It is close to the Tube station and the area is very nice. Our room was big and clean with very comfortable bed. The bathroom is a little bit old fashioned but it’s still ok.

We were upgraded to a family room. The room was a good size, but the bathroom was very small. It was obviously altered from was the building was originally. The hotel looked dated and was was grubby in some areas, could do with decorating. Despite double glazing, we had a lot of noise from the street.

Very nice hotel, well staffed and clean. Our room was rather small but that was our choosing. There are many sizes available. Good TV channel selection and though small, there is an elevator. The only negative would be lack of sufficient wall outlets. None around our bed. Thankfully I travel with an extension cord so was able to capture power from across the room. Good bus line nearby which you will need to get close to most of London's attractions. Highly recommended

Stayed here for three nights with my two children and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect — right beside Gloucester Road Tube, close to the Natural History Museum, V&A, and Harrods, and really easy to get to from the airport. Our room was spotless, and the cleaner we met was so friendly and clearly takes great pride in her work. The front desk team were also fantastic and went out of their way to help with things like getting ice and helping with the buggy. I really appreciated how kind and professional the staff were — even refunded part of our breakfast when I hadn’t realised it was continental, which was so thoughtful. Excellent value for money and great service. I’ll definitely stay here again!
